Quotes


For us to give you the most accurate price, we will need to know the date and nature of your event,

also the venue location and size.

The more information we have regarding your event, the more accurate a price we can offer you.

Necessary information

 

1. The event location.

2. A date, or which night of the week you are interested in booking - We offer discounted rates for off-peak times; 
Sundays - Thursdays.

3. Which option you would like - We can be booked as a four-piece band, a five-piece with the addition
of a drummer, and as from 2022 as a six-piece with a drummer and bass player.


4. Venue capacity - An approximate number of people attending gives us an idea of how much

equipment we will need to bring.


PLEASE NOTE - WE CANNOT RESERVE DATES WITHOUT A DEPOSIT

A non-refundable admin/booking fee will need to be taken as a deposit to secure the date, and the band members; until the deposit has been received, the date will remain available to all other enquiries.



Performance area requirements
A minimum of 2 x independent electrical sockets within five metres of the performance area.
For outdoor events (due to the use of electrical equipment) the performance area must

be completely watertight in case of an unexpected downpour.
This also includes suitable flooring.


Minimum setting up space required
Duo 4 x 3 metres
Four-piece band 5 x 3 metres
Five/Six-piece band 5 x 4 metres


Setting up times
For duo - approximately 30 minutes
For band - approximately 70 minutes


Parking/Venue access
Reserved parking directly outside the unloading area of the venue for two vehicles is required.
If there is no free parking available within a reasonable distance from the venue, it would be helpful if
we know this beforehand.
It also helps to know if unloading will involve carrying equipment up or down stairs or having to load equipment
in and out of elevators.


Payment requirements
We will require a non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings, this can be paid by cheque or bank transfer;
whichever is your preferred method.
Once the deposit has been received, the date is a confirmed engagement.
Payment of the outstanding balance will be required in cash on the night or by bank transfer fourteen days prior to the event.  Cheques on the night cannot be accepted.


Band requirements
A suitable, private room is essential for us to get ready for the show, with a table and chairs for all band members.  This room will be required for the duration of the event and will need to be locked whilst we are performing.
